Join Ayah Norris, Holistic Healing + Embodiment Practitioner, and Jimena Mascaro, Integrative Nutritionist + Reiki Practitioner, for an intimate evening of inward reflection + outward connection to expand into more love, within and around us. We’ll explore how we can nurture a deeper self-love, and from that place, how we can clarify and open to all our heart is calling us towards.

Jimena will lead us in a cacao ceremony to expand our heart, Ayah will lead us in a meditation to attune to our heart’s guidance, and we’ll all share our insights together in community. We can’t wait to share this evening of healing, expansion and connection with you!
