Your body holds a vast source of wisdom

So often we seek outside ourselves for answers, and yet lying deep within yourself is every piece of wisdom and healing you need.

The thing is, we can’t always go there so easily, or on our own. Our ego mind has been running the show for so long, and in its efforts to continue to do so, it can veil our intuition.

And so, we need support to go in. That’s where we turn to practices like meditation, movement or mindfulness to calm the waves of the mind and help us access our inner wisdom. That’s where we turn to support from others to help guide and illuminate what we may not see on our own.

Find calm, clarity + connection

In Embodiment coaching, we tune into to what you feel in your body, and let the body guide us deeper into what’s stuck, and how to heal. You learn your own unique wisdom, and your own unique medicine. As one of my clients said, it feels like old knots finally are able to untie. And as they do, you peel back the veil and experience for yourself the deepest places of calm, clarity and connection that have always been within you. As all mystical paths teach us, the essence of all we seek isn’t outside of us. It’s all within.

My work has never been about giving you the answers or the healing. It’s always been about holding a safe, sacred and supported container for you to attune to the wisdom within you, and connect to your own inherit ability to heal. What I’ve found embodiment work so helpful for, in my own personal healing and with clients, is that it allows you to experience your truth for yourself. Every person under the sun could tell you what you do or don't need, what you should or shouldn’t do, what may or may not work, but until you experience your truth for yourself, until you find that spark within you, no real, lasting change happens.

No one else is living in your body, with your heart, your mind, and your soul, and so no one else knows your truth and what you need better than you.

Are you making the time and taking the space to listen?

Deepen your connection to yourself + share more of your light with the world

In embodiment, we work with a personalized blend of somatic awareness, meditation, mindfulness, yoga, energy work, holistic healing and coaching to help you:

  • Find a sense of calm, clarity and grounding

  • Strengthen self-compassion

  • Learn to listen to and befriend your body as a source of grounding and wisdom

  • Learn to attune to, regulate and learn from your emotions

  • Feel more at home and safe in yourself and your body

  • Deepen your connection to your intuition and inner guidance

  • Root more into your power and gifts, and clarify how to best share your light with the world

  • Integrate and apply what arises from your inner guidance, helping you live a more connected and fulfilled life.

I’ve honed this work extensively in support of clients in the midst of large life transitions, in recovery from eating disorders and disordered eating, and healing from trauma and loss. This work is truly for everyone. I know firsthand the pain that comes when we’re disconnected from our bodies and inner guidance, and it’s one of my greatest joys to share with clients the same practices that helped me ground in my body and heal on many levels. I so look forward to helping you welcome in greater calm, clarity and connection with yourself.
